  I want to give my recent experience of Ab Fab. Both I and my partner have always used Ab Fab and I have often recommended them. However, recently my partner requested they send me some flowers for my birthday. Unfortunately he failed to tell them I have an indoor cat and not to send certain flowers. When they arrived they were lovely but I couldn't keep them as all the flowers were toxic to the cat including Lillies. When my partner was able to go into the florist today to workout something he was handed the flowers back and told I had been rude to the girls and told that they should have posters about the toxic flowers. I objected to this as what I told them was that my partner was at fault for not requesting safe flowers and that I mentioned the vets at pets at home actually has posters regarding the danger. I believe to be the owner told me that it was rubbish the flowers are not toxic to cats and the vets at Pets at Home are not qualified vets and only nurses who don't know. I have a copy of a poster from International Cat Care stating the dangers maybe Ab Fab should take an advisory course. The issue was not that they were at fault. The girls have always been helpful and polite in Ab Fab but I won't be called a lier by the manager or have him acuse the Pets at home vets of not knowing and not being vets. There was never any question whatever about the service at Ab Fab so there was absolutely no justification for he's attitude and non existent customer service and for that attitude I won't use them again and he has earned himself this bad review though I would still praise the girls for their arrangements.
