  great amount of products people very nice but wouldn't match a deal i was offered in a nearby branch. The only reason i went here was because the other store had to order it as they didn't have it in stock ahhh

  Absolutely awful. Got a brand new laptop and randomly as I’m working on it, it broke. Only 3 weeks old. Hadn’t backed up my dissertation work done on it for uni as who would expect their 3 week old laptop to randomly break. They said that the best option was to send off for repairs so that I can keep all of my dissertation work, opposed to giving us a new one as the laptop was obviously faulty. Have waited a week and a half to get it back, to find everything has been wiped although I was assured it would all be kept on there, hence why we sent it off for repairs and didn’t just take a new one. Absolutely livid. That’s my university work, hours and hours of it, gone, because they’re mentally incompetent.
